Who: Anyone who experiences high/big emotions or emotion vulnerability, BPD or EDD traits or symptoms OR loves someone who experiences these things. This is designed for spouses, parents, adult-children, friends, and anyone who loves someone with strong emotions.

 

What we will cover:

 

-What is BPD?

-Biosocial theory
-Validation

-Setting limits and keeping them

-How to manage your own emotions

-How to work toward and maintain connection

-Increase effective communication

-How to shape the behaviors you want to see in yourself and others

-Reduce Conflict

-Balance acceptance and change

-Decrease isolation in supporting your loved ones
